Leaders in real world testing
Back when we began in 2001 our founding premise was "real world testing". While recognizing that standards are important, we realised that disabled people are the best experts on what works for them. No-one can substitute the real life experience of using a screen reader, for example.
While our testing has developed since those early days our approach is essentially the same. Real world testing is still at the heart of our business.
Our panel of testers has helped us assess hundreds of websites for accessibility, including three major surveys of government sites
This experience has enabled us to help our customers create websites that use love to re-visit.
It has enabled us to develop an in-depth and practical understanding of how different disabled people communicate. We apply this knowledge so our customers can communicate and engage better with their customers, secure in the knowledge that their communications will really reach the intended audience.
